INDONESIA is rich in culture with friendly people, various local culturals, also natural exotic charm Indonesia certainly not less enthralling to anywhere in the world from the point of tourism also . It is not wrong when the famed director of Hollywood movies uses Indonesia for location filming. There are several places in Indonesia, which had been a Hollywood movie set. Here I will give you some information about that film and about some sample, whatever over there (like local food, hotel, and art gallery or art shop). Any place it? 1. Eat, Pray, Love (2010)

Liz Gilbert (Julia Roberts) thought she had everything she wanted in life: a home, a husband and a successful career. Now newly divorced and facing a turning point, she finds that she is confused about what is important to her. Daring to step out of her comfort zone, Liz embarks on a quest of self-discovery that takes her to Bali Italy, and India. The location was taked the film is in Ubud, Bali.

Jakarta, officially known as the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, is the capital and largest city of Indonesia, and one of the most populous urban agglomerations in the world.

Was Built in 9th century by Rakai Pikatan from Sanjaya Dinasty Kingdom. This temple is the biggest Hindu temple in Indonesia.

Gori (young jackfruit) is cooked together with coconut milk and many spices for hours. After it is done, the gori will taste sweet. Gudeg is usually served with hot krecek (cow skin), telur pindang (egg), tahu and tempe bacem (soya cake), ayam opor or bacem (chicken), and areh gurih (coconut milk dressing) that give special sensation when you eat it.

The flavour is really unique, because it combines of slices of cooked buffalo or beef lips, yam bean (bengkuang), young raw mango, pineapple, cucumber, bean sprout, kangkung ( water convolvulus), lontong(compressed rice), fried tofu and tempe, all served with  black sauce made from fried garlic, chillies, a slice of young banana,  petis (black fermented shrimp paste) and ground peanuts.

Moyo (older spelling Mojo) is an island in Indonesia's West Nusa Tenggara province. It is off the north coast of Sumbawa Island, and has an area of 349 km2.[1] Moyo Island is located in Sumbawa Regency within the Nusa Tenggara province, just north of Sumbawa. A little more than an hour from Bali, it has an area of 32,044 hectares, about 8° south of the equator.


The island is mostly uninhabited and unknown to the majority of tourists; the population is about 1000 inhabitants distributed in 6 villages, all of them living on fishing and farming. In 1986 a National park was established in order to conserve and protect the extraordinary vegetation, its uniqueness and the many animal species (birds, bats, monkeys, wild pigs, deer) and a Marine Reserve with the goal of preserving the unspoiled reefs surrounding the island.

  1. Following a terrorist attack in Indonesia, a hot-headed American (Kellan Lutz) joins forces with a Muslim detective (Ario Bayu) to find the mastermind (Mickey Rourke) behind the attack. Java Heat is an American action film. Directed by Conor Allyn, the film stars Kellan Lutz, Mickey Rourke, Ario Bayu and Atiqah Hasiholan.

A.  Borobudur Temple (Magelang, Jawa Tengah)
 Borobudur or Barabudur, is a 9th century Mahayana Buddhist Temple in MagelangCentral JavaIndonesia. The monument consists of six square platforms topped by three circular platforms and is decorated with 2,672 relief panels and 504 Buddha statues. A main dome, located at the center of the top platform, is surrounded by 72 Buddha statues each of which is seated inside a perforated stupa. It is the world’s largest Buddhist temple, as well as one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world.

BOROBUDUR TEMPLE


- The culinary here there is Mangut Beong Borobudur. A piece of beong fish head was poking on a plate full of seasoned coconut milk. The yellowish broth was mixed with pestled red chili. The ripped out chili and chili seeds were seen all over the parts of the beong fish looks very yummy.

B. Taman Sari Water Castle 
Taman Sari also known as Taman Sari Water Castle is a site of a former royal garden of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta. It is located about 2 km south within the grounds of the Kraton, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Built in mid 18th century, the Taman Sari had multiple functions, such as a resting area, a workshop, a meditation area, a defense area, and a hiding place.
Taman Sari consisted of four distinct areas: a large artificial lake with islands and pavilions located in the west, a bathing complex in the centre, a complex of pavilions and pools in the south, and a smaller lake in the east. 




C. Code River
Code River or local people usually call this river is Kali Code. In Code River, you can enjoy playing water, feeling the fresh water that can fresh you up. Around the Code River is also a nice spot to hang out, sit on the edge of the river, sipping a cup of tea and having some local dishes. The moment of visiting Code River will be even more special in the afternoon. You will get the beautiful moment of spending your time around the river at twilight. A great moment in the right place to leave the daylight and welcome the darkness. Moreover, when there is a full-moon above the river. Hear the sounds of water. D. Pasar Ngasem/ Ngasem Market
In the past, amongst the Javanese community especially the noble community (priyayi), the possession of material symbols identified social status and prestige. One of the symbols was birds. For Javanese people, having birds as pets was a symbol of klangenan and social status. This also identified one`s high taste on hobby.
The Ngasem Market or Bird Market has operated since 1809. This makes Pasar Ngasem the oldest bird market in Yogyakarta.


 



E. Pojok Beteng Wetan
This place is the corner of Yogyakarta Palace fortress which is actually located in the southeast corner. The building still protruding and relatively un-altered. Pojok Beteng Wetan is equipped with three surveillance place. There is also gunpowder warehouse.
